牛耳朵对不同光照环境的生理响应

摘  要:
以6个月苗龄牛耳朵组培苗为试材,置于温室高光、低光和室内条件下栽培4个月,每月测定叶片叶绿素含量、比叶重、含水量等生理指标及快速光响应曲线。结果表明:在温室低光条件下牛耳朵叶片单位叶面积叶绿素含量较高光条件下显著增加,室内弱光条件下则在后2个月显著下降;温室低光和室内弱光下牛耳朵叶片含水量不断升高,比叶重则逐渐降低;叶片变薄,栅栏组织变薄而海绵组织细胞排列更紧密;叶片下表皮气孔密度随光照强度的减弱而减少。快速光响应曲线参数α、最大电子传递速率(ETRmax)和半饱和光强(Ik)在温室低光和室内弱光条件下均随着处理时间的延长而降低。以上结果表明,牛耳朵可以通过改变叶片色素、形态结构和光合性能来适应弱光环境。

摘  要:
Taking six months old seedlings of Chirita eburneafrom tissue culture liners as experimental material,seedlings were grown under three different light environments,that was high light and low light in greenhouse,and indoor for4 months.The chlorophyll content,specific leaf weight,leaf water content and rapid light response were measured monthly.The results showed that chlorophyll content of plants under greenhouse high light condition was increased significantly compared with greenhouse low light plants;while the chlorophyll content of indoor plants significantly decreased especially 2months later.The leaf water contents of plants under greenhouse low light and indoor condition were increased gradually;on the contrary,the specific leaf weight decreased.The leaf blade became thinner as the thickness of palisade parenchyma decreased but the spongy cells were more compact.The stomata density in the lower epidermis decreased with the decreasing of light intensity.The parameters of rapid light curves,α,ETRmax,and Ik,were decreased in the greenhouse low light and indoor seedlings during the treatment.These results indicated that C.eburnea Hance could adapt to low light environment through the change of leaf pigments,structure and photosynthetic performance.
