摘  要：
十九大报告提出的乡村振兴战略是解决三农问题的重要战略布局,随着乡村振兴战略的深入开展,农村生态环境问题日益显露,环境风险成为关注的重点。因此,需要重视对农村环境风险的预测、预防与控制。本文通过对湖南省农村环境进行调查分析,找出农村环境风险及防控方面存在的问题,并为风险防控提供对策建议,促进农村环境的改善,推动美丽乡村的建设。

摘  要：
The rural revitalization strategy proposed in the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress is an important strategic layout for solving the three rural issues.With the in-depth development of the rural revitalization strategy,rural ecological environment issues are increasingly exposed,and environmental risks have become the focus of attention.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the prediction of rural environmental risks.This paper investigates and analyzes the rural environment in Hunan Province,finds out the problems existing in rural environmental risks and their prevention and control,provides measures for risk prevention and control,promotes the improvement of rural environment,and promotes the construction of beautiful villages.
