专业课教师既教授理论知识和指导实践训练,又同样肩负着神圣的使命——育人,因为高校专业课教师不仅是文化知识的传播者,更是学生身心发展的引路人。充分发挥专业课教师"传道、授业、解惑",即教书和育人的作用,培养跨世纪的"四有"新人,使学生找到属于自己的人生目标,实现自己的人生价值。

摘  要：
Specialized teachers have two duties.They are responsible for spreading theoretical knowledge and practicing training guide.However,they simultaneously undertake a sacred mission educating people,because the teachers are not only the disseminators of the cultural knowledge,but also their guides of the physical and mental development healthily.We sufficiently exert the roles of teaching and educating of specialized teachers and cultivate the "Four Have"excellences so that they find their own life goals and realize their own values of human life.
