摘 要:
Taking cryopreservation Ginkgo embryos as materials to study embryos changes,callus induction and differentiation during different stages.The results showed that,collecting immature embryo and cryopreservation could slow down the growth and development of embryos;embryo of different stages could derive callus well,materials from October 10 th induced the highest rate of callus with MS medium;callus had the ability of differentiation:immature embryo(October 3rd to November 16th)could induce embryonic callus and adventitious buds,later(after November16th)drawn to induce adventitious buds and adventitious roots.However,the frequency of callus differentiation was low.
