信任程度对政府主导下农地流转契约选择的影响

摘  要：
相关法律法规要求农地流转应当签订书面合同,很多地区还专门制订示范性的土地流转合同免费供农民使用.但实际上,农地流转签订书面契约的比例很低.基于信任程度与农地流转契约选择的理论分析,选取江西董家镇典型案例阐述政府主导的农地流转模式下信任程度对农地流转契约选择的影响,根据结论提出相关政策建议.

摘  要：
National laws and regulations also require transfer of agricultural land shall sign a written contract, but also many areas specially formulated land transfer contract exemplary free for use by farmers. But in fact, agricultural land transfer contract signed written a very low percentage. In this paper, the level of trust and transfer of agricultural land contract selection theory based on the analysis, selecting the typical case analysis of trust in Dongjia Town in Jiangxi in the government- led agricultural land transfer mode of transfer of agricultural land contract selection effects and according to research findings, put forward policy recommendations.
