摘  要:
以黄土丘陵区铁杆蒿(Artemisia sacrorum)草地为研究对象,采用野外调查与室内分析相结合的方法,分析其表层土壤有机碳含量和密度,以期揭示自然恢复过程中其动态变化规律以及海拔、土壤等因子对其的影响。结果表明,随着退耕年限的增加,铁杆蒿群落土壤平均有机碳含量呈先增加(退耕12~20a)后减少(退耕20~28a)再增加的趋势(退耕28~45a),退耕12~20、28~40和40~45a的年增长率分别为5.50%、4.05%和10.11%;退耕20~28a的年减少率为3.13%。土壤表层总有机碳密度变化趋势与土壤有机碳含量相似,退耕12~24、28~40和40~45a的年增长率分别为4.10%、4.56%和8.58%,退耕24~28a的年减少率为7.49%。相关性分析表明,土壤有机碳含量与地上生物量、地下生物量、全氮含量呈显著正相关,与海拔呈显著负相关。

摘  要:
In this study,we analyzed topsoil organic carbon content and density in different age of the Artemisia gmelinii grassland in loess hilly region by field survey and laboratory analysis to disclose the dynamic variation of soil organic carbon content and density during natural restoration process of A.gmelinii grassland and the influence of environmental and soil factors.The results showed that soil organic carbon content of A.gmelinii grassland increased initially(land abandoned for 12-20 years),then gradually decreased(land abandoned for 28-40 years) and finally increased(land abandoned for 40-45 years) with increasing years of land abandonment.Soil organic carbon content were obviously increased during 12-20,28-40 and 40-45 years of land abandonment with an average annual rate of 5.50%,4.05% and 10.11% respectively.The decrease of soil organic carbon content was in 20-28 years of land abandonment with the rate of 3.13%.Similar to soil organic carbon content,soil organic carbon density stably increased during 12-24,28-40 and 40-45 years of land abandonment with an average annual rate of 4.10%,4.56% and 8.58%,respectively,and decrease of soil organic carbon density was in 24-28 years of land abandonment with an average annual rate of 7.49%.Correlation analysis showed that soil organic carbon content had a significant positive correlation with aboveground biomass,underground biomass and the content of total nitrogen,especially had a very significant positive correlation with the content of total nitrogen,and had a very significant negative correlation with altitude.
