山豆根中苦参碱的微波辅助萃取工艺

摘要：

[方法]以苦参碱提取率为指标,用单因素试验和正交试验对山豆根中苦参碱的微波提取工艺进行优化,并与传统温浸工艺比较。[结果]山豆根中苦参碱微波提取的最佳工艺条件为微波提取时间20 min,微波功率500 W,微波温度75℃,乙醇体积分数80%,液料比40∶1(L/kg)。此条件下山豆根苦参碱提取率为0.963%,比传统工艺提取率0.557%提高了72.8%。[结论]微波提取工艺与传统工艺相比,不仅提取率高,而且具有高效及萃取时间短的优点。

摘要：

[Methods]Taking the extraction rate of matrine as the index,the technics of microwave extraction was optimizedby the methods of single factor and orthogonal test compared with the traditional soaking technics.[Results]The optimalmicrowave extraction time,power,temperature,concentration of ethanol and ratio of liquid to solid are 20 min,500 W,75°C,80%and 40∶1(L/kg)respectively.Under these conditions,the extraction rate reaches 0.963%,which is 72.8%higherthan 0.557%obtained by the traditional technics.[Conclusions ]Compared to the traditional technics,microwave assistedextraction not only provides higher extraction rate but also has the advantages of being fast and efficient.
