拖拉机单排多区段液压功率分流无级变速箱的设计

摘  要:
为了适应拖拉机复杂的作业工况、提高拖拉机的工作效率,提出了一种单行星排多区段液压功率分流无级变速箱的设计方案。首先,对该变速箱的传动原理进行了分析;而后,根据拖拉机的配套参数及速度要求进行了变速箱的速比匹配设计和结构设计;最后,基于AMESim构建了变速箱的传动系统模型并对其在主要工作区段内的传动效率进行了仿真分析。计算及仿真结果表明:该变速箱可使拖拉机通过静液压起步并实现其在0~51km/h范围内的无级调速;变速箱具有较低的能耗,在HM1段和HM2段的最高满负荷效率分别能达到89.87%和91.36%,且有效波动范围在10%左右;变速箱在起步换段前后的理想排量比分别为0.66和-0.59,在HM1与HM2段切换前后的理想排量比分别为1和-0.96。所设计的变速箱具有结构简单、成本可控的优点,对我国无级变速拖拉机的国产化具有一定的参考价值。

摘  要:
In order to adapt to the complex working conditions and improve the working efficiency of tractor, a design scheme of hydrostatic power split CVT with single planetary gear set and multiple ranges is proposed. Firstly, the transmission principle of the gearbox is analyzed. Secondly, the speed ratio matching and structure design of the gearbox are carried out according to the matching parameters and speed requirements of the tractor. Finally, the transmission system model of the gearbox is constructed based on AMESim, and the transmission efficiency in the main working area is simulated and analyzed. The results of calculation and simulation show that: the gearbox can make the tractor start through the hydrostatic starting and realize stepless speed regulation in the range of 0-51 km/h; the gearbox has low energy consumption; the maximum full load efficiency of HM1 and HM2 can reach 89.87% and 91.36% respectively, and the effective fluctuation range is about 10%; the ideal displacement ratio of the gearbox before and after starting and shifting is 0.66 and-0.59, respectively. The ideal displacement ratio of HM1 and HM2 is 1 and-0.96 respectively. The gearbox designed in this study has the advantages of simple structure and controllable cost, which has a certain reference value for the industrialization of continuously variable speed tractors in China.
