摘  要:
国家标准《有机产品生产、加工、标识与管理体系要求》(GB/T 19630—2019)(以下简称2019版有机标准)已于2020年1月1日开始实施。同时,《有机产品认证实施规则》(以下简称2019版实施规则)和《有机产品认证目录》也有更新。本文针对以上法律法规中涉及到有机茶生产管理过程中需要关注的几个要点进行剖析,便于各有机茶生产企业和认证机构人员掌握新旧法规中的异同,在生产和认证中适应新制度的要求。

摘  要:
The national standards of the production, processing, labeling, management system for organic product(GB/T 19630—2019) had been officially implemented on January 1 st, 2020. Meanwhile, the implementation rules for organic product certification and the catalogue of organic product certification had also been updated. In this article, the key points in above rules for the management of organic tea production were explained and dissected. The similarities and differences between the new and former versions were also pointed out for the staffs of organic tea production enterprises and certification agents, which would be useful to match the requirements of the new rules in the process of production and certification.
