不同投喂模式对龙虎斑生长的影响

摘  要:
在室内玻璃钢桶中,采用全人工配合饲料,以每天投喂、投喂1 d停饲1 d、投喂2 d停饲1 d、投喂3 d停饲1 d等4种投喂模式(分别用A1、A2、A3、A4表示)对体质量(84.5±12.9)g的龙虎斑进行30 d养殖实验,研究不同投喂模式对龙虎斑生长和摄食的影响。结果表明:体长增长率A1、A4组最高,分别为20.68%、19.42%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);体质量增加率A1、A4组最高,分别达76.50%、79.64%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);特定生长率A1、A4组最高,分别为1.89%·d-1和1.95%·d-1,两组间差异无统计学意义,与其他两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);食物转化率A1、A4组最高,分别为114、1.19,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与其他两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。可见,A1、A4组各指标最佳,但鉴于成本问题,A4组投喂模式的综合养殖效果较为适宜。

摘  要:
Effects of four feeding patterns on feeding and growth of the hybrid grouper, Epinephelus fuscoguttatus(♀) × Epinephelus lanceolatus(♂), with initial body weight 84.5 ± 12.9 g fed by an artificial feed in fiberglass buckets in indoor were investigated for 30 days. The feeding patterns are as follows: to feed daily, or to starve one day and then feed for one day, or starve one day and then feed for 2 days, or to starve one day and then feed for 3 days, designated as groups of A1, A2, A3, and A4, respectively. The results showed that the growth rate of body length(GBL) in the group A1, A4 was higher, 20.68%, 19.42%, respectively, and the differences from the other two groups were statistical(P < 0.05). Group A4 and A1 represented higher growth rate of body weight(GBW), 79.64%, 76.50%, respectively, and the differences from the other two groups were statistical(P < 0.05). There was no statistical difference between group A1 and A4 for both GBL and GBW(P > 0.05). Both the specific growth rate(SGR) and food conversion efficiency(FCE) were higher in group A4 and A1, SGR 1.89%·d-1 and 1.95%·d-1, and FCE 1.14 and 1.19, respectively, with no statistical difference between this two groups, but statistically differed from the other groups(P < 0.05). Therefore, the four index of group A1 and A4 were better than the other two groups, but considering the production cost, the optimal feeding pattern for the hybrid groupers culture was to starve one day and feed for 3 days.
