毛竹增产剂及幼竹竹腔施肥对竹笋品质的影响研究

摘  要:
通过竹腔施肥试验区与对照区毛竹竹笋游离氨基酸、还原糖、总黄酮、维生素C、可溶性固形物、锌含量等营养成分含量的测定,比较分析了两者竹笋品质的变化情况。结果表明:施肥能有效提高竹笋中游离氨基酸、总黄酮、可溶性固形物和维生素C的含量,不会影响竹笋的营养品质和利用价值。

摘  要:
In this paper,the nutrient components such as amino acid,sugar,total flavones,vitamin C,soluble solid and microelement-zinc content etc.of moso bamboo shoots were compared between bamboo cavity fertilized and unfertilized respectively.The results showed that fertilization increased obviously the amino acid,total flavones,soluble solid and vitamin C content of bamboo shoots.There were no negative effects on the quality and use value of bamboo shoots.
