摘  要：
近年来,各类农业环境纠纷案件大量涌现,给环境司法救济带来了严峻的挑战。该文针对当前农业环境司法救济机制面临的困境,结合我国具体国情和司法实践,从健全司法主体、健全诉权主体和完善侵权者责任承担方式等方面提出加快完善我国农业环境纠纷司法救济的途径。

摘  要：
In recent years,with the occurrences of agricultural environmental disputes cases,environmental judicial relief met serious challenges.According to the difficulties faced by judicial relief mechanism of agricultural environment and in the light of specific national conditions and judicial practices in China,this paper put forth the countermeasures to perfect the judicial relief paths of agricultural environmental disputes in China,including perfecting the justices body,action right and the ways of infringers to undertake responsibility.
