葛藤主要节肢动物种群种间协变的研究

摘  要:
研究了葛藤节肢动物中 10个主要种群的相互关系。采用Pearson积矩相关分析的结果表明 :有 9个种对呈极显著相关 ,有 3个种对呈显著相关。以叶蝉类和豆突眼长蝽种对间的关联程度最高 ,为 - 0 .781,二者均取食叶片 ,存在着激烈的竞争关系 ;隐翅虫类和叶甲类种对 ,其相关系数为 0 .737,两者之间为极显著的正协变 ,即随着一个种群的数量上升另一个种群的数量也会跟着上升 ,二者之间表现为捕食关系。采用Spearman秩相关分析的结果表明 :有 7个种对间呈极显著相关 ,2个种对呈显著相关。以叶蝉类和豆突眼长蝽种对间的秩相关系数最高 ,为 - 0 .72 8,积矩相关分析的结论一致 ;豆突眼长蝽和筛豆龟蝽之间存在着显著的正协变 ,相关系数为 0 .4 0 8,二者具有某种程度上的依存关系。

In this paper, interspecific covariant among 10 main species groups of arthropods (Ⅰ: Chauliops fallax Scott;Ⅱ: Megacopta crabraria ;Ⅲ: Megacopta spp.;Ⅳ:Chrysomela;Ⅴ:Cicalella;Ⅵ:Wasps;Ⅶ:Moths;Ⅷ:Spiders;Ⅸ:Ants and Ⅹ:Staphylina) on Kudzu ( Pueraria lobata Ohwi) was analyzed. By the analysis of Pearson product moment correlation (PPMC), it was indicated that nine couplets showed a significantly correlation ( P =0.01) and 3 couplets showed a significantl correlation ( P =0.05). The highest value of Pearson product moment correlation coefficient (PPMCC) (-0.781) occurred in the couplet Cicadella and small bean bug (SBB, C. fallax ); By the analysis of Spearman rank correlation (SRC), it was indicated that among nine couplets, seven couplets showed a significantly correlation ( P =0.01) and 2 couplets showed a significantly correlation ( P =0.05). The highest value of Spearman rank correlation coefficient (SRCC) (-0.728) occurred in the couplet Cicadella and SBB; SRCC between SBB and sieve pore bug (SPB, M. cribraria ) was 0.408.
