基孔肯雅病毒在宿主体内的时滞动力学模型

摘  要:
建立并分析了一个考虑基孔肯雅病毒在宿主体内的离散时滞动力学模型.首先,证明了解的正性和有界性,并计算出基本再生数R0;其次,讨论了模型平衡点的存在性,得出无感染平衡点始终存在,而当R0>1时,存在唯一的地方病平衡点;最后,通过构造Lyapunov泛函,得到了无病平衡点的全局稳定性及地方病平衡点的全局稳定性.

摘  要:
In this paper,a within-host Chikungunya virus infection model with discrete delays is considered and analyzed.Firstly,the positivity and boundedness of solutions are proved and the basic reproductive number R0 is computed.Secondly,the existence of equilibria is discussed.There always exists a virus-free equilibrium point,and there is a unique endemic equilibrium point when R0>1.Finally,the global stabilities of the virus-free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium are obtained by constructing Lyapunov functions.
