HRT对PE载体SBBR系统污水脱氮处理效能的影响

摘  要:
采用自主设计的智能控制SBBR污水处理装置,利用聚乙烯(PE)载体,考察了水力停留时间(HRT)对智能控制SBBR污水处理装置的脱氮效能影响,得出了最佳工艺运行参数。试验在温度为25℃,好氧溶氧DO控制在1.5~2.5时,考察了HRT分别为4h、6h、8h、10h、12h时的脱氮效能。结果表明:当HRT为8h时,系统的脱氮效率最高,COD去除率为91.26%,氨氮的去除率为80.68%,总氮的去除率为70.58%,所以从能耗和处理效果角度看,当水力停留时间为8h时,系统运行最为高效。

摘  要:
Using independent design of the intelligent control of SBBR sewage treatment plant with the polyethylene(PE)carrier,wetested theinfluenceof hydraulic retention time(HRT)ondenitrification efficiencyof intelligent controlled SBBRsewage treatment plant,and optimum operating parameters were obtained.The test was underthe temperature of 25 ℃,aerobic dissolved oxygen DO control in 1.5~ 1.5,HRT,respectively 4h,6h,8h,10 h,12h denitrification efficiency.Results showed that when HRT was 8h,the system had the highest nitrogen efficiency,COD removal rate of 91.26%,as the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 80.68%,with total nitrogen removal rate of 70.58%.In conclusion,when the hydraulic retention time was 8h,the system had higher nitrogen removal efficiency.
