关于农村城镇化建设中的农民收入情况

摘  要:
促进农民持续增收是中国经济社会发展新阶段面临的重大任务之一,也是"三农"问题的重中之重,它直接影响中国新农村建设的发展和国家的命脉,寻求农民增收的有效途径和方法是研究的主要目标。采用数量经济和事实调查的方法,对黑龙江省农村城镇化建设中农民收入结构和数量的现状、构建合理的模型进行综合分析研究,发现黑龙江省农民收入来源途径增多,从单一的农业生产到以二、三产业为主要增收手段的变迁,政府财政补贴也有效地增加了农民的纯收入比例。因此导致正处于农村城镇化建设中的农民,人均收入有了明显的提高,但收入来源途径和结构发生了很大的变化,力求为黑龙江省和全国农民增收探索更多的有效途径。

摘  要:
To promote farmers ' sustained income was a major task in the new stag of Chinese economic and social development, and it is also one of three agricultural issues, it directly affects the development of our country in the new rural construction and the country lifeblood, the object of study is to seek effective ways and methods about increasing the income of farmers. This study adopts quantitative economics and facts survey method, to construct reasonable model of farmers ' income structure and number in urbanization of rural areas of Heilongjiang Province, and to carry on the comprehensive analysis and research of Heilongjiang Province, then find that there are some ways of farmers ' income increasing, for example, the main means of farmers ' income from a single source way of agricultural production to secondary and tertiary industries , government financial subsidies is also increasing farmer ' s net income proportion. Therefore, it cause that per capita income of farmers in rural urbanization has improved, but the source of income approach and structure has a very big change, this paper explore more effective way to increase farmers ' income in Heilongjiang Province and all own country.
