摘 要:
采用文献计量方法,对2000-2010年SCI收录蚕学研究文献进行数据统计和趋势分析。统计结果表明:2000-2010年SCI收录的蚕学研究文献总数为1 983篇,2005年出现明显上升并趋于稳定;文献集中在家蚕基因组和功能基因组、蛋白质组、家蚕生物反应器、变态与发育、免疫等热点领域;收录文献94.40%来自日本、中国、印度、美国和韩国5个国家,发表文献数量排名前10的机构和作者,日本、中国分别为6个和4个;文献平均被引频次为7.87次,美国、日本、中国作者的文献平均被引频次依次排在前3位。值得关注的是:中国作者发表文献从2000年的7篇上升到2010年的110篇(位居年度第1),是变化最大的国家;中国作者的"家蚕基因组框架图"论文入选《Science Watch》重要研究前沿分子生物学及遗传学领域的最高引用率论文,反映了中国在蚕学研究领域的崛起;中国蚕学研究MAI指数在2007年第一次超过100,开始步入世界蚕学研究中心,2010年达到173.7,表明中国的蚕学研究力度已经大大超过世界平均水平,但是从H-指数看,中国还需要多发表高水平的研究论文。根据SCI蚕学文献的研究热点预示:2010年以后,解决蚕丝产业的重大关键技术问题、促进基于蚕和桑的新兴生物产业发展、强化家蚕模式生物的研究等将是蚕业科学研究的主要方向,并会更加深入全面地推进。

A Brief Analysis on Present Situation of Sericultural Scientific Research: An Investigation Based on SCI-indexed Literature

With the help of literature metrological methods,data statistics and tendency analysis had been carried out based on the sericultural liternature indexed in Science Citation Index(SCI) from 2000 to 2010.The results showed that totally 1 983 articles in sericultural research were indexed by SCI from 2000 to 2010.The number of the papers indexed in SCI has risen clearly and showed a tendency toward stabilization after 2005.These articles focused on the genome and functional genome of silkworm(Bombyx mori),proteome,silkworm bioreactor,metamorphosis and development,immunization and other hot topics.Of these articles,94.40% were from 5 countries,namely Japan,China,India,USA and South Korea.Among the institutions and authors of which number of published articles ranked the top 10,6 came from Japan and 4 came from China.The average cited frequency was 7.87 and the top 3 countries were USA,Japan,and China,respectively.It should be noted that the number of articles published by Chinese authors has risen from 7 in 2000 to 110 in 2010(ranking No.1 of the year),being the country with the greatest increase.The article "A draft sequence for the genome of the domesticated silkworm(Bombyx mori)",written by Chinese authors,has been listed as an article with the highest citation rate in the filed of mole-cular biology and genetics by Science Watch's "Featured Emerging Research Fronts",closely reflecting the rising of China in the research field of sericulture.MAI index of Chinese sericultural articles increased to 100 for the first time in 2007,which meant that China's sericultural research had begun to enter the center of the world's sericultural research.And it reached 173.7 in 2010,indicating that the intensity of Chinese sericultural research has greatly exceeded the average level of the world.But looking from the angle of H-index,China needs to publish more papers of high level.According to the hot topics of the sericultural literature indexed in SCI,it is foreseeable that,after 2010,resolving the key technological problems in silk industry,promoting the development of novel silkworm-and mulberry-based bio-industries,and strengthening studies with silkworm as model organism will be the major orientations for sericultural scientific research.Studies in these fields will be promoted more deeply and comprehensively.
