摘  要:
平原区高潜水位采煤塌陷土地拥有丰富的水资源,地势低洼,土壤接近饱和湿度,为人工湿地的规划建设提供了良好的自然条件。结合平原采煤塌陷土地开发复垦,对平原高潜水位采煤塌陷区进行水、土资源的优化配置,规划建设人工湿地,改善矿区城市的生态环境,推进采煤塌陷土地的综合效益的发挥。

摘  要:
There are plenty of water resources in coal-mining subsided land with high groundwater level in plain area.Its elevation is low-lying and the soil approaches saturated humidity.This provides good natural conditions for the planning and construction of artificial wetlands.Combining with the exploitation and reclamation of coal-mining subsided land to optimally allocate the land and water resources in this area and construct artificial wetland will improve the entironment of mining city and enhance the synthetical benefit of coal-mining subsided land.
