螺旋对称流厌氧反应器处理糖蜜酒精废水研究

摘  要:
糖蜜酒精废水是制糖工业中最严重的环境污染源。为治理污染并产生能源,本课题组研发了螺旋对称流厌氧反应器(SSSABR)。本文通过引入了统计学方法,对螺旋对称流厌氧反应器在启动阶段、减小水力停留时间阶段、增加基质浓度阶段的运行进行分析。结果表明,其启动时间仅为25 d。反应器高效运行的最小水力停留时间为2.7 h。当进水基质浓度为20.070 g·L~(-1),水力停留时间为2.7 h时,容积去除率达到最大,为118.293 g·L~(-1)·d~(-1)。反应器稳定性随容积负荷的增加而减弱。综上,SSSABR具有启动时间短,处理效能高的特点。

摘  要:
Molasses alcohol wastewater is the most serious environmental pollution source in sugar industry.In order to control pollution and produce energy,our group has developed a spiral symmetric stream anaerobic reactor(SSSABR).In this paper,SSSABR of start-up,reduction of hydraulic retention time,and increase of substrate concentration periods are analyzed by statistical method.The results show that the start-up time was only 25 days.The minimum hydraulic retention time of the reactor is 2.7 h.And when the influent substrate concentration is 20.070 g·L~(-1) and the hydraulic retention time is 2.7 h,the volume removal rate reaches the maximum,which is 118.293 g·L~(-1)·d~(-1).The stability of the reactor decreases with the increase of the volumetric load.In summary,SSSABR has the characteristics of short start-up time and high efficiency.
