枸杞采摘机的适采条件

摘  要：
针对宁夏枸杞种植面积不断扩大、枸杞采收困难以及用工紧缺等这些突出问题,枸杞工程技术中心设计开发了一种适合机械采摘枸杞的设备。该设备通过向枸杞树冠传导振动力,使枸杞红果脱落,熟果采净率可以达到75%以上,并能使青果或花的脱落处于较低水平。田间试验表明:机械平均采果效率为20kg/h,是人工的8倍左右,采果质量与手工采果基本一致。为此,对枸杞机械化采收的适采条件做了分析研究,得出其影响因素有果实的成熟度、适宜的季节、机械的功率以及树体形状等。合理规范地使用枸杞采摘机将会提高采摘效率、保证采果质量以及降低采果费用。

摘  要：
Aiming at solving the conspicuous problems including the increasing acreage for planting wolfberry,the difficulties of picking wolfberry and the labour shortage in Ning Xia province,the wolfberry center designed a device which is applicable to mechanically pick the wolfberry.This device can transmit the vibrating force to the tree crown,so the red fruits of wolfberry will fall off,but the effect to fall off the green fruits and flowers has been decreased and can be neglected.The rate of picking all mature fruits can be up to above 75%.The field experiment shown: the average efficiency of mechanical picking is 20kg/h which is 8 times of manual picking,and the quality of mechanical picking is consistent with manual picking.This article has also analyzed the condition in which mechanical picking can be used,and the relative factors include the mature degree of the fruits,the applicable season,the power of the mechanical device,the shape of the tree and so on.Use the picking machine in a manner of sound and normative way can improve the picking efficiency,guarantee the quality of picking and decrease the cost of picking.
