耐高温饲用酵母菌种的筛选

摘  要:
[目的]筛选出可适于配合型生物饲料高温加工需要的酵母菌株。[方法]通过对国家允许使用的酵母菌6株进行高温损伤耐受性试验和高活性培养条件的研究。[结果]筛选到可耐受45℃高温并保持108个/ml的高活菌数的菌株2株DQFC2117-1和DQFC2122-2。[结论]筛选出的菌株DQFC2117-1和DQFC2122-2可作为配合型生物饲料加工所需要的耐高温酵母菌株。

摘  要:
[Objective] To filter out yeast strains adapt to fit the need of biological feed with high temperature processing. [Method]By using yeast to the state allows the use of 6 lines to study condition and high temperature damage tolerance culture experiment in high activity. [Result]DQFC2117- 1 and DQFC2122- 2 obtained can withstand high temperature of 45 ℃ and the high number of live cells108 cfu / ml strains.[Conclusion]The screened strains DQFC2117- 1 and DQFC2122- 2 can be used as strain yeast for biological feed processing.
