互联网时代,海量信息的传播呈现多元化、去中心化的特点。少数民族地区高校图书馆应当利用这一机遇,改变自身存在的不足,跟上时代步伐,加强转变观念、健全管理机制、发挥馆藏民族特色化等,提供多元化、多功能的服务;加强少数民族高校图书馆合作联盟,创造性地为社会服务,为社会主义文化建设贡献自己的力量。

摘  要：
In the Internet Era,the dissemination of mass information has presented the characteristics of diversification and decentralization.University libraries in minority areas should take advantage of this opportunity to change their own shortcomings and keep pace with the times by strengthening the transformation of ideas and improving the management mechanism,and play the ethnic characteristics of library collection to provide diversified and multifunctional service.As well,they should continue to strengthen the university library cooperation alliance and contribute to the socialist cultural construction.
