农业上市公司的经营自由现金流量分析

摘  要：
农业上市公司是我国农业产业化的重要形式 ,其经营状况的好坏直接关系到农业产业化的进程。而自由现金流量是反映公司经营状况的重要指标之一。为此 ,选取部分农业上市公司作为研究对象 ,运用自由现金流量模型对农业上市公司的经营自由现金流量的相关指标进行了计量与分析 ,发现农业上市公司的整体经营状况不容乐观。进一步的研究发现 ,多数公司的赢利能力下降而不合理投资居高不下 ,成为影响自由现金流量的主要因素 ;进而对农业上市公司的经营者、投资者和融资者提出了相关建议

摘  要：
The free cash flow(FCF)is an important factor to reflect the operational state of a company.Therefore related indicators of FCF of some public agribusiness companies are quantitatively analyzed.The research finding shows that the general operational state of public agribusiness companies is not optimistic.The further research discovers that the profitability of many companies decline while unreasonable investment is still at high level,which becomes an important element to affect FCF.Then suggestions to the manager,investor and creditor of public agribusiness companies are recommended.
