基于单片机的尖角型开沟器堵塞报警装置设计

摘  要:
播种机中应用较为普遍的尖角形开沟器在播种作业中经常由于杂草、泥土及农作物秸秆等混合缠绕而导致开沟器堵塞故障,使种子出现漏播或重播现象。采用基于STC89C52单片机和HX711芯片的压力传感技术,设计了一种开沟器堵塞报警装置。该装置运用连杆机构原理,在避免外界因素的干扰下,做到及时有效报警,从而提醒操作者检查播种状况,以确保作物种子均匀播种,提高播种质量。

摘  要:
The pointed horn opener is widely used in seeder,and often because of the weeds,soil and crop straw intertwined in planting operation,clogging the opener that can be also caused the leakage or repeat of seed sowing. In this paper,based on STC89C52 microcontroller chips and HX711 pressure sensing technology,design an angle opener clogging alarm device. Considering to avoid the interference of external factors,the device by using the principle of the four-bar mechanism that could alarm effectively in time and remind the operator check the planting condition,and ensure the crop seeds uniformly sow,and improve the quality of seeding.
