基于食用菌加工的在线检测方法

摘  要:
从市场需求出发,分析了食用菌加工过程中存在的问题。为了扭转鲜菇出口品质差、多糖加工中自动化检测水平低的状况,提出了基于食用菌鲜菇包装与多糖提取的加工检测技术路线,利用计算机视觉技术实现食用菌包装加工中的分级检测,通过数据采集,运用组态软件和PLC实现多糖提取过程中工艺参数的在线检测与控制,大大提高了食用菌产品的附加值,为农产品加工的工厂化生产提供了技术支持。

摘  要:
According to the market requirements, the problems of the edible fungi processing were analyzed。To change the state of poor quality in fresh mushroom abroad and the lower automatic inspection in the lentinan producing, the processing and inspecting technologies’ route was provided, which is based on mushroom packing and lentinan extraction. To enhance the Edible Fungi extra value and support the enterprise manufacturing for agricultural products, the computer vision technique was used to realized the sorting inspection in packing; the technology parameters were inspected and controlled on-line in extracting lentinan by using MCGS (Monitor and Control Generated System) and PLC after the data gathering.
