抗囊虫药物对体外培养未成熟期猪囊尾蚴生化指标的影响

摘  要:
本实验首先从人工感染后 3 0 d患猪囊尾蚴病的猪分离未成熟期猪囊尾蚴 ,用 PR-MI1 640完全培养液培养 ,分为 4组 ,除 1组作为对照组外 ,其余 3组分别加入囊效 0号 ( NX0 ) ,囊效 1号 ( NX1) ,囊效 2号 ( NX2 )三种药物。置于培养箱中培养。通过监测能量代谢、糖代谢等不同代谢途径的酶及代谢物的变化。结果表明 ,药物通过抑制糖类物质代谢及能量代谢进而干扰其他代谢途径 ,从而杀灭虫体。实验中使用的三种药物对体外培养的未成熟期囊尾蚴均有效 ,而且 NX1药效优于 NX0 、NX2 。

摘  要:
in this study, immature C.cellulosae was isolated from pig infected with C.cellulosae for 30 days. Then , they were cultured with PRMI1640 complete medium and divided four groups. Three of them were co cultured with NX 0, NX 1 and NX 2 respectively;the forth was set out as control. The change of enzymes from different metabolism pathway, such as energy and glycometabolism,were monitored. The results showed that anti cysticrecus drugs inhibited the pathway of glycometabolism and energy metabolism, which led to death of C.cellulosae. Furthermore, the three drugs all possessed therapeutic effectiveness and NX 1 had better treatment against immature C.cellulosae than that of NX 0 and NX 2 in vitro.
