摘 要:
本试验旨在研究甘蔗提取物(sugar cane extract,SEC)对热应激大鼠肠道组织的影响,为SCE在动物生产上的应用提供理论依据。选取21日龄雌性Wistar-Imamichi大鼠20只,按体重均分为4组,分别是对照组(NT)、SCE组(SCE)、热处理组(HT)、SCE热处理组(SH),其中SCE组和SH组均是日粮中添加2.16%的SCE纯品。NH组和SCE组处于25℃恒温环境中,HT组和SH组每天在38℃温控环境中暴露3 h(12:00-15:00),试验期10 d。结果表明:SCE和热处理对空肠IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-αmRNA表达以及回肠IL-1β和TNF-αmRNA表达无显著影响,但SCE显著降低IL-6在回肠上的基因表达;热处理使十二指肠杯状细胞数目增多,其中SCE和热处理组尤为显著;空肠和回肠各组杯状细胞无明显变化。由此可见,甘蔗提取物可显著降低热应激大鼠回肠组织IL-6基因表达水平,且甘蔗提取物和热应激影响十二指肠杯状细胞数目。

摘 要:
The present study is to determine the effects of SCE on protection function against heat stress-induced inflammatory in rats andprovide theoretical basis for the use of SCE in animal production. Fourty 21-day old female Wistar-Imamichi rats were randomly divided intofourg roups: Control(NT), SCE, Heat stress(HT), SCE + Heat stress(SH). SCE was added at a concentration of 2. 16% in the diets.The Control and SCE groups were given the room temperature of 25 ℃. HT and SH groups were maintained in a special feeding equipmentand the temperature was set at 38 ℃ for 3 hours from 12: 00 to 15: 00 each day. The test period is 10 d. The results showed that SH groupshowed no significant effect on the expression of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α mRNA in the jejunum and IL-1β, TNF-α mRNA in the ileum, butSCE significantly decreased the expression of IL-6 mRNA in the ileum. In addition, heat treatment increased the number of goblet cells inthe duodenum, which was especially obvious in SH group. Furthermore, the number of goblet cells in jejunum and ileum showed no signifi-cant difference among groups. In summary, the expression of IL-6 gene in ileum was significantly reduced in SCE group. SH group affects thenumber of duodenal goblet cells.
