贵州省几种猪繁殖障碍性疫病的血清学调查

摘  要：
采用乳胶凝集试验和间接ELISA试验,分别对贵州省部分地区种猪场和规模场猪群进行猪细小病毒、猪伪狂犬病毒、猪繁殖障碍与呼吸综合征病毒及猪Ⅱ型圆环病毒抗体水平检测。结果:免疫猪群中猪细小病毒感染、猪伪狂犬病及猪繁殖障碍与呼吸综合征抗体阳性率分别为81.6%(124/152)、84.0%(221/263)和62.7%(406/648);非免疫猪群中猪细小病毒感染、猪伪狂犬病、猪繁殖障碍与呼吸综合征及猪Ⅱ型圆环病毒感染抗体阳性率分别为17.6%(79/449)、13.8%(61/442)、5.4%(19/352)和15.9%(83/519)。表明,猪细小病毒感染、猪伪狂犬病免疫效果比较理想,贵州省猪群中可能存在上述4种疫病的感染,应当引起养猪业的高度重视。

摘  要：
The results from determinting antibody levels against PPV,PRV,PRRSV and PCV2 by the latex agglutination test and indirect ELISA method in some pig breeding farms and piggeries in Guizhou province.The results show that the antibody positive rates of PPV,PRV and PRRSV are 81.6%,84.0% and 62.7% in immunized pigs and the antibody positive rates of PPV,PRV,PRRSV and PCV2 are 17.6%,13.8%,5.4% and 15.9% in vaccinated pigs respectively,which indicates that the immune effect of PPV and PRV is perfecter.The pig breeders should pay close attention to PPV,PRV,PRRSV and PCV2,because the antibody levels are higher in non-vaccinated pigs in Guizhou province.
