长三角一体化下合肥城市创新能力的评价与提升

摘  要:
创新力是一个城市发展的关键要素,是一个城市综合实力的重要标志之一,关乎到城市的长远发展,国内外对城市创新能力评价的研究主要有指标的构建及评价方法的选择。在长三角一体化国家战略背景下,从创新投入、创新产出、创新支撑、创新载体以及创新潜力5个指标层及25个二级指标建立了城市创新能力指标体系,运用了主成分分析法,对合肥,上海,南京,杭州等长三角核心城市创新能力进行了实证分析,得出城市创新能力综合值依次为上海、杭州、合肥、南京。基于四座城市的实证分析,立足于合肥,提出了要深入推进长三角一体化战略,加强创新投入,优化创新载体,增强科技创新的内生动力以及培育科技创新的优良氛围等提升措施。

摘  要:
Innovative power is a key element of urban development. It is one of the important symbols of urban comprehensive strength, which is related to the long-term development of the city. In China and abroad, the research on the evaluation of urban innovation power mainly includes the construction of indicators and the selection of evaluation methods. Under the background of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, from innovation input, innovation output, innovation support, innovation carrier and innovation potential and 25 secondary indicators establish the urban innovation capability index system. The principal component analysis method is used to empirically analyze the innovation ability of Hefei, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou.The comprehensive value of urban innovation capability is Shanghai, Hangzhou, Hefei, Nanjing. Based on the empirical analysis of four cities, based on Hefei, it proposes to further promote the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy, strengthen innovation investment, optimize the innovation carrier, enhance the endogenous power of scientific and technological innovation, and cultivate the excellent atmosphere of technological innovation.
