松香、松脂中枞酸含量的紫外分析方法研究

摘  要:
采用紫外分光光度法对松香、松脂中枞酸含量的快速分析进行了研究,考察了松香、松脂和枞酸的紫外吸收特性,测定了枞酸的工作曲线,通过标准加入法构建复杂体系松香和松脂的定量分析方法。检测结果表明:采用标准加入法测得松香和松脂样品中枞酸的平均含量为42.23%和21.36%。其回收率为100.87%,标准偏差为0.62%,精密度相对标准偏差为0.02%。将标准加入法测定松香和松脂实际样品的结果与气相色谱法结果比较,两者无显著性差异。

摘  要:
The method of ultraviolet spectrum to determine the concent of abietic acid in the rosin and oleoresin was adoped.Based on the study of the rosin,oleoresin and abietic's absorbing ability within UV spectrum,the standard curve method for the determination of abietic acid by ultraviolet spectrum was established.Then,the standard addition method under the ultraviolet spectra was designed to quantitative analysis of the rosin and oleoresin.The results showed that using the standard addition method to determine the concent of abietic acid in the rosin and oleoresin,abietic acid content was 42.23% and 21.36%.Recovery was 100.87%,SD was 0.62%,the precision(RSD)was 0.02%.And compared with GC,the results showed no significant difference in the two methods.
