猫须草对热应激蛋鸡生产性能及血清生化指标的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在讨论猫须草对蛋鸡热应激的缓解作用。180只42周龄新杨黑蛋鸡随机分为对照组、0.1%猫须草提取物组和1%猫须草组3组,分析猫须草及其提取物添加对高温条件下蛋鸡体重、采食量、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。试验时间4周。结果显示:与对照组相比,日粮中添加1%猫须草或0.1%猫须草提取物能显著提高热应激蛋鸡产蛋率(P<0.05)、降低料蛋比(P<0.05),增加鸡蛋蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位和蛋壳强度(P<0.05),同时增加蛋鸡血清总蛋白、甘油三酯以及低密度脂蛋白含量(P<0.1),血清超氧化物歧化酶活力显著提高(P<0.05)。0.1%提取物的改善效果优于猫须草粉末添加。研究表明:日粮中添加猫须草能有效缓解蛋鸡热应激,改善蛋鸡生产性能、提高鸡蛋品质。

摘  要:
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Orthosiphon stamineus on laying hens under heat stress. A total of 180 Xinyang laying hens was kept at high ambient temperature from 43 to 47 weeks of age. The birds were fed the diet as follows: group C was the control group fed with basal diet, the diet of group E was added with0.1% of Orthosiphon stamineus water-ethanol extracts in basal diet; the diet of group O was added 1.0% Orthosiphon stamineus in basal diet. The production performance, egg quality and serum biochemical indexes were studied. The results showed that group O and group E showed higher laying rate, albumen height, yolk color, Haugh unit and egg shell strength(P<0.05) while group C was not the same. And the group C showed lower ratio of feed to egg(P<0.05). The group E and group O also showed higher total protein, triglyceride low density lipoprotein cholesterol content(P<0.1),higher superoxide dismutase activity(P<0.05), and lower alkaline phosphatase activity(P<0.05). The effect of Orthosiphon stamineus extracts were better than Orthosiphon stamineus power. The results indicated that Orthosiphon stamineus in diet could improve production performance and egg quality of laying hens under heat stress.
