高效液相色谱-蒸发光检测法测定木薯生氰糖苷的含量

摘  要:
为研究所收集木薯品种叶片中生氰糖苷含量的高低,笔者将所有品种茎杆按木薯正常种植方式扦插于试验地中,在收获季节前采集顶端倒数第2叶,通过HPLC测定各品种叶片中生氰糖苷的含量。结果表明,与国外所用木薯品种‘Mcol22’相比,在笔者所测试的木薯品种中,包括热区大面积推广的‘华南5号’(SC5)和‘华南8号’(SC8)中,大部分生氰糖苷含量都不高,其中‘Q10’生氰糖苷最低,每克鲜重只有11.3μmol,大约是最高含量‘Ecu81’的1/4。研究结果为筛选低生氰糖苷含量的木薯资源提供了一个参考。

摘  要:
In order to research the contents of cyanogenic glucosides in collected cassava, nodal cuttings weregrown in the experimental field with regular management. The second leaves from the top were collected beforethe harvest season and their contents of cyanogenic glucoside by HPLC method were measured. The resultindicated that the contents of cyanogenic glucosides in most varieties were lower than that foreign varieties.The lowest cyanogenic glucoside cultivar,‘Q10', contains 11.3 μmol/g fresh weight, which is only about aquarter of the highest content of‘Ecu81'cultivar. This study provided an insight for cassava breeding with lowcyanogenic glucoside content in leaves and tubers.
