壳寡糖浸种对水稻幼苗抗冷性的影响

摘  要:
分别以不同浓度(25、50、100、200 mg·L-1)的壳寡糖溶液浸种,研究壳寡糖对水稻幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果表明,各处理均可提高水稻幼苗的抗冷性,其中100 mg·L-1处理的效果最好,与对照相比,可使冷害水稻幼苗的存活率提高15.54%,电解质渗漏减少12.88%,细胞膜保护酶SOD、CAT和POD的活性分别提高37.94%、22.75%和21.35%,脂质过氧化产物(MDA)的积累降低6.98%,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量分别增加15.82%、12.92%和24.47%,冷害幼苗的叶绿素含量和根系活力分别提高23.53%和28.90%。

摘  要:
The seed of rice(Oryza sativa L.) was treated with 25mg·L-1、50mg·L-1、100mg·L-1、200mg.L-1 oligochitosan solution and the effects of oligochitosan on cold resistance of rice seedling were studied.It was found that each treatment increased cold resistance of rice seedling,and 100mg·L-1 oligochitosan treatment was much better.Compared with CK,100mg·L-1 oligochitosan treatment increased the survival percentage of seedling under cold stress by 15.54%;electrolyte leakage and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents decreased 12.88% and 6.98%;the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) increased 37.94%,22.75% and 21.35%,respectively;the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and praline increased 15.82%,12.92%,24.47%,respectively;and the content of chlorophyll and rooting ability in-creased 23.53% and 28.90%.
