京郊生态村可持续发展管理模式的探索-以怀柔北宅村为例

摘  要：
以京郊生态村可持续发展管理模式研究为主体,对生态村建设的内涵及发展进行了回顾和分 析。以怀柔区北宅村为具体实例,对北宅村实施生态村建设的措施以及为实现生态村建设的目标所进 行的社会保障体系建设方面进行了研究和探讨。从而得出京郊生态村以集体经济为龙头,用科学的方 法健全资产管理的法律监督机制,发挥组织体系的服务功能,加大农业教育投资,提高村民生活的整体 水平,是实现可持续发展目标的途径之一。

摘  要：
The paper studies the sustainable development management mode of ecological village in the suburb of Beijing, reviews and analyses the connotation and development of ecological village construction. The paper take the Beizhai village which located in Huairou as study case, explores the measure and social security system construction which assisted the aim of ecological village construction. Based on the above analyses, the paper concludes that takes the collective economy as dragonhead, erects and consummates the legal supervision mechanism of assets management by scientific method, plaies the service function of organizational framework , increases the investment in agricultural education,advances the integer villager living level are the approaches which can achieve the objective of sustainable development.
