摘  要：
This project that reconstructing(expanding)the Zhalantun aviation ranger station, is to strengthen the work of fire prevention in the east of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Greater Khingan Range, and is to enhance the capability of air patrol and protection, also is to protect the airport security. The completion of the project, maximizes Zhalantun aviation ranger station's advantages of the rapid reaction, flexibility, which has great importance to protect the forest resources of the Greater Khingan Range and land ecological security, improve the ecological, social, economic and tourism effect of the forest, promote the frontier regional economic development and social stability.
