摘  要：
文章以粮经作物产业技术体系北京市创新团队管理经验为例,分析了加强团队管理的必要性,阐述了管理方法,总结了在横向管理与纵向管理相结合、加强多方对接、协作攻关、集成示范等方面的经验,介绍了在品种选育、技术研发、产业政策等方面取得的成果,并提出了进一步加强日常考核、实行动态管理和建立知识产权共享制度等加强创新团队管理的建议。

摘  要：
Taking the innovation team of grain and economic crop in Beijing as an example, the author analyzed the necessity of strengthening team management, expounded the management methods of the crop innovation team, summarized the experience of combining horizontal management with vertical management, and tackling key problems in cooperation, and introduced the achievements in breed selection,technology research, industrial policy and other aspects. The author put forward suggestions also, such as further strengthening the daily assessment, implementing dynamic management, strengthening competition mechanism, and sharing of intellectual property rights.
