基于气候生产力模型的中国南方草地NPP空间分布格局研究

摘  要:
根据近31年(1980~2010年)的气候数据,利用5种气候生产力模型对南方草地的净初级生产力(NPP)进行估算。结果表明:5种模型模拟的南方草地NPP空间分布格局基本一致,NPP最低的区域均分布在四川西北部,然后向东南逐渐增加,最高值分布在东部及南部沿海的大部分地区。不同模型的估算结果间存在一定的差异,估算的最高值从大到小依次为Miami模型、Thornthwaite Memorial模型、周广胜模型、Chikugo模型和朱志辉模型;最低值从大到小依次为Chikugo模型、朱志辉模型、Thornthwaite Memorial模型、Miami模型和周广胜模型;平均值从大到小依次为Miami模型、Thornthwaite Memorial模型、Chikugo模型、朱志辉模型和周广胜模型。对5种模型的估算结果进行平均后,最大值、最小值及平均值分别为1676.26、664.71及1201.64g·m-2,均处于中间水平,与Chikugo模型估算结果比较接近。验证结果显示,周广胜模型的相对误差、根均方误差(RMSE)、相对根均方误差(RRMSE)均最小,R2值较大,表明其适用于估算南方草地NPP。

摘  要:
According to the climate data of nearly 31years(1980-2010),the grassland net primary productivity(NPP)in south China was estimated based on 5kinds of climate productivity models.The results showed that the spatial distribution patterns of southern grassland NPP simulated by 5kinds models were consistent.The regions of minimal NPP were distributed in the northwest of Sichuan,then the value of NPP gradually increased from the northwest to the southeast in south China,and the regions of maximal NPP were distributed in the eastern and southern coastal areas.But there were certain differences between the model estimation results.The sequences of maximal NPP estimated by the models from maximum to minimum were successively Miami model,Thornthwaite Memorial model,Zhou Guangsheng model,Chikugo model and Zhu Zhihui model.The sequences of minimal NPP estimated by the models from maximum to minimum were successively Chikugo model,Zhu Zhihui model,Thornthwaite Memorial model,Miami model and Zhou Guangsheng model.The sequences of average NPP estimated by the models from maximum to minimum were successively Miami model,Thornthwaite Memorial model,Chikugo model,Zhu Zhihui model and Zhou Guangsheng model.The maximum,minimum and average value of the estimation results of 5kinds of models was 1 676.26,664.71and 1 201.64g·m-2, respectively,and they were all in the middle level,and close to the Chikugo model estimation results.The model validation showed that the values of relative error,root mean square error(RMSE)and relative root mean square error(RRMSE)of Zhou Guangsheng model were the smallest,and R2 was bigger than other 3 models.The above results showed that it was appropriate to estimate the grassland NPP in south China based on Zhou Guangsheng model.
