玉米淹水诱导表达ZmERF5基因启动子的克隆与生物信息学分析

摘  要:
根据玉米(Zea mays L.)自交系B73 ZmERF5基因启动子的DNA序列,利用PCR技术分别从玉米自交系Hz32(耐渍系)、Mo17(敏感系)中克隆出该启动子。ZmERF5基因启动子在Hz32和Mo17中DNA序列没有差异,大小均为1 098 bp。生物信息学分析表明,ZmERF5基因启动子含有多个厌氧响应顺式元件:2个GARE motif、2个MBS、1个ABRE motif、1个TCA element、1个CGTCA motif、1个G box和1个O2-site。因此,推断该启动子受激素调控,且是淹水诱导型启动子。

摘  要:
Specific primers of ZmERF5 promoter were designed from the sequence of B73 genomic DNA sequence of maize(Zea mays L.). ZmERF5 this promoter was cloned from Hz32 and Mo17 by PCR. Sequence analysis showed that the DNA sequence of ZmERF5 promoter with 1 098 bp in Hz32 and Mo17 were the same. The results showed that the ZmERF5 promoter contained multiple cis-elements responding to anaerobic conditions: two GARE motifs, two MBS, one ABRE motif, one TCA element, one CGTCA motif, one G box, and one O2-site. The ZmERF5 promoter was waterlogging-induced and hormone responsive.
