The paper analyses the responsibilities of the motor vehicle producers,the technical specification of recycling and dismantling enterprise and reproduction of components of end-of-life vehicle.Based on the analysis,the paper proposes how to improve innocuous management of the recycling and dismantling of scrapped automotive.
