摘  要:
采用固相萃取(SPE)和高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC/MS-MS)对湖州某淡水青虾养殖池塘水体中溶解态微囊藻毒素(MC-LR,MC-RR)浓度进行了监测,研究了微囊藻毒素浓度变化及其与总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、氨氮(NH3-N)、水温、叶绿素a(Chl-a)等水体环境因子之间的关系。结果显示:养殖水体藻毒素浓度在监测期间波动明显,游离的MC-LR的最高浓度达到了102.3 mg/L,MC-RR的最高值为32.6 mg/L,MCLR的浓度要高于相应时段的MC-RR。MC-LR和MC-RR的浓度变化呈显著性正相关。在整个监测周期内TN、TP与MC-LR均呈显著性正相关,NH3-N、TN与水温均呈显著性负相关,TP与MC-RR呈显著性正相关,Chl-a与TP、MCs呈显著性正相关。

摘  要:
The concentrations of dissolved microcystin-LR and microcystin-RR( MCs) in a fresh water shrimp aquaculture pond in Huzhou were monitored with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrum( HPLC/MS-MS). The relationship between the concentration of MCs and the water environmental factors including TN,TP,NH3-N,temperature,p H,chlorophyll a and cyanobateria cell density were also statistically analyzed. Analytical results showed that the concentration of MCs in aquaculture water fluctuated obviously during the monitoring period. The highest concentration of free MC-LR reached 102. 3 mg/L and the maximum value of MC-RR was 32. 6 mg/L. The concentration of MC-LR was higher than that of MC-RR at the same time. The concentration of MC-LR and MC-RR showed a significant positive correlation. Correlation analysis also showed that the TN and the TP were both significantly and positively correlated with the microcystin-LR concentration. The NH3-N and the TN were both negatively correlated with the water temperature. The TP was significantly positively correlated with the MC-RR concentration. The chlorophyll a was positively correlated with the TP and the MCs' concentration,respectively.
