罗威纳犬与杜伯文犬的杂交试验

摘  要：
试验以罗威纳犬为父本,杜伯文犬为母本开展品种杂交,通过对杂交犬和亲本在六月龄时的生长发育及警用性能进行比较研究,为建立杂交犬的受训犬挑选标准和方法的建立提供依据,同时为开展两品种间的杂交组合提供科学的理论依据。结果:杂交犬六月龄时生长发育指标中体重、胸深与罗威纳品种差异不显著(P>0.05),体高、体长、胸围、头长、管围与杜伯文品种差异不显著(P>0.05)。同时罗杜杂交犬的警用性能指标中,胆量、衔取欲、服从性与罗威纳品种差异不显著(P>0.05),兴奋性、体能与杜伯文品种差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明杂交效果显著,杂交优势尤为明显,杂交后代同时兼有罗威纳品种和杜伯文品种的优秀特征,本杂交组合是一种理想的杂交组合模式。

摘  要：
This trial took the Rottweiler as the male parent and the Doberman as the female parent to start the hybridization,comparing the growth and police-using capability of the crossbreeds and their parent breeds when they are 6-month-old to provide theoretical evidence for the hybridizing combination between the two breeds.The results indicated that the differences of weight and chest depth between crossbreeds' and Rottweiler's are insignificant when they are 6-month-old(P >0.05),and the same on the index of height,length,chest circumference,head length and leg girth(P >0.05).Besides,among the police-using capability of crossbreeds,the differences of courage,desire of holding something in the mouth and obedience are insignificant with Rottweiler(P>0.05),and the same with the differences of their excitability and fitness with Doberman(P>0.05).The analysis shows the effect and advantage are apparent.As an ideal hybridizing combination,the crossbreeds both have the excellent features from Rottweiler and Doberman.
