内蒙古林西县生态环境治理效果分析

摘  要:
林西县是我国北方农牧交错带的组成部分,生态环境比较脆弱,生态治理任重道远。该文在分析林西县自然条件和社会经济条件的基础上,进一步探讨了林西县生态环境治理和草地畜牧业发展中一些亟待解决的关键技术问题,从生态-经济-社会协调发展的角度剖析了该县退耕还草工程生态治理的技术途径与效果。实践证明,退耕还草,可有效地促进当地区域经济社会的发展,保障畜草平衡,有利于转变当地畜牧业增长方式,增加农牧民经济收入。林西县的退耕还草工程生态治理,为我国北方农牧交错带生态环境治理建设、种植业结构调整和草地畜牧业持续高效发展提供一个典型。

摘  要:
Linxi County of Inner Mongolia is an important part of the agro-grazing ecotone in North China. Ecological vulnerability is a common characteristic of the ecotone. This paper intends to discuss the forces driving the vulnerability of ecosystem in Linxi County of the ecotone and the effective techniques required for the control of eco-environment. In recent years several eco-engineering campaigns have been launched to maintain the sustainable development of social-economic system in the ecotone. Our study in Linxi County demonstrates that the measure of shifting cropland into the grassland may represent the direction of the control of eco-environment in the ecotone,where arid and semid arid environment dominates the landscape so that pastoral grazing is the main economic activity for many herds. The grassland reconstruction campaign can bring benefits not only to the ecosystem but also to the social economic development because it can cause the change of cropping structure and land use pattern in the ecotone. Therefore,it is very necessary to monitor the ecological vulnerability for future control of eco-environment in the ecotone.
