摘  要:
随着生物科学技术的发展以及基因研究的深入,越来越多地使用全基因组测序和高通量测序技术,以期在全基因组水平上找到与疾病或动植物复杂性状有关的遗传变异,分析个体或群体之间的基因序列差异或结构差异,检测范围广、效率高、准确度高。本文就全基因组重测序的主要内容和研究进展加以综述。

摘  要:
With the development of biological science and technology and the deepening of gene research,genome-wide sequencing and high-throughput sequencing technology in the process of gene research grows very fast in order to find genetic variation that related to disease or animal and plant complex traits.The advantages of this method are wide range of detection,high efficiency and high accuracy.In this paper,the main contents and research progresses of whole genome resequencing are reviewed.
