摘  要：
Comprehensive control of Dagu River Basin is the largest construction project in the history of Qingdao river administration. The idea of‘water security,water resources,water environment,water ecology and water culture'is fully integrated into practice and operation maintenance management of river management project in the project. The idea,construction content, operation and maintenance method of Dagu River Basin as well as the benefits thereof are comprehensively reviewed in the paper. Featured mode of ‘river control and management'is systematically summarized,thereby providing river control experience of systematic thought and global layout.
