基于灰色关联度法的河北省市域农业循环经济发展实证研究

摘  要:
从农业资源、农业科技投入、农业生态环境、农村社会保障、农业生产条件角度,分析了当前河北省农业循环经济建设存在的问题。基于经济发展、环境支撑、资源承载、科技提升和社会保障5个方面,建立农业循环经济建设评价体系;运用灰色关联度法对全省及各地市近20年的农业循环经济发展进行综合评价。结果表明,河北省农业循环经济建设经历了较差、中等、较高3个阶段,农业循环经济建设水平不断提高;2010年河北省农业循环经济建设障碍影响程度依次为经济发展、科技提升、资源承载、环境支撑和社会保障;2010年河北省市域农业循环经济建设水平最高的是唐山市,最差的是衡水市。最后,根据评价结果提出促进河北省农业循环经济发展的对策建议。

摘  要:
The problems existing in agricultural recycling economic construction in Hebei province are analyzed from the views of agricultural resources, agricultural science and technology, agricultural ecological environment, social security, agricultural production conditions. Based on aspects of economic development, environmental support, resource load, technological upgrading and social security, the evaluation index system of agricultural recycling economic construction is established. With the grey correlation degree, a comprehensive evaluation of agricultural recycling economy development has made in Hebei province during the last 20 years. The results showed that agricultural recycling economy of Hebei province during the last 20 years experienced the stages of the less, the medium and the better in turn. The level of agricultural recycling economic construction has continuously enhanced. The influence degrees of obstacles on agricultural recycling economy of Hebei province are economic development, technology improvement, resources bearing, environmental support, social security in turn in 2010. The level of agricultural circular economic construction in Tangshan city is the highest, and that of Hengshui city is the lowest. Finally, the optimal regulation countermeasures of agricultural circular economic construction are proposed according to the evaluation results.
