基于动态弯曲疲劳试验的汽车车轮有限元分析

摘  要:
针对车轮动态弯曲疲劳试验建立了汽车车轮静态加载有限元模型。它可以反映出车轮在静态加载条件下的高应力区域及其Von M ises应力值。对车轮进行静态加载试验结果与有限元计算结果吻合得较好,验证了有限元方法的有效性。通过与动态弯曲疲劳试验的比较,验证了静态试验中的应力集中区域即为疲劳试验中车轮开裂的区域。通过改进车轮结构设计来降低应力集中区域的应力值,可以有效提高车轮寿命。静态有限元分析对于进行这样的改进设计具有重要的指导作用。

摘  要:
The finite element model of a wheel under static load condition was built up based on the wheel dynamic bending fatigue test,which can be used to determine the critical areas in the wheel structure where the Von Mises stresses are high.The results of the experimental stress analysis made for the static loading test agree with the results of the finite element analysis quite well,which indicates that the finite element model is effective and valid.The results also show that the critical areas of high stress level under static loading condition are where the fatigue cracks initiate in the dynamic fatigue test.So that the durability of the wheel can be effectively increased by improving the wheel design to lower the stress levels of the critical areas.Such design improvement can be effectively guided by the static finite element analysis.
