科研创新团队建设的探索与思考

摘  要：
文章从科研创新团队发展类别、发展层级两个方面系统阐述了当前我国科研创新团队的发展现状,分析了科研创新团队建设中存在的诸多问题,并从建立明确的研究目标和方向、选择和培养团队带头人、引进和培育优秀团队骨干、打造合理的团队结构及营造良好的团队发展氛围等方面提出了促进创新团队建设的对策和建议,希望对我国科研创新团队的建设发挥一定的参考作用。

摘  要：
The current situations of China's activities in establishing innovative research groups was introduced in the paper, particularly the classification of the groups and the identification of levels that the groups behaviors in the academic community. Several flaws that emerge in the establishment of the innovative research groups were identified. Finally, a number of recommendations for achieving a better innovative research group system were proposed, in the perspectives of defining research objectives and directions, hunting and promoting competent group leaders, importing and training talented group researchers, forming an efficient group structure, and developing a friendly and cooperative working atmosphere. This can be referred to in the construction of innovative research groups in China.
