光声光谱法检测生菜中的敌敌畏残留

摘  要:
为给蔬菜的农药残留检测提供一种快速有效的方法,配置不同浓度的敌敌畏样本,用光声光谱法测定,光谱扫描范围为300~800 nm,调制频率为8~200 Hz。结果表明,利用光声光谱法对生菜中的敌敌畏残留进行检测,线性范围在0.014~0.885μg/m L之间,相关系数r=0.998 5,检出限为0.012μg/m L,与气相色谱法相比无明显差异且测量结果较精确。

摘  要:
In order to provide an rapid and effective determination method for pesticide residues in vegetables, pesticide samples with different concentrations of dichlorvos configuration were collected and measured by using the photoacoustic spectroscopy with spectral scanning range of 300~800 nm and modulation frequency of 8~200 Hz. The results showed that the correlation coefficient r=0.998 5,the linear range was in 0.014~0.885 μg / ml and the detection limit was 0.012 μg/ml. There was no obvious difference compared with gas chromatography, and the measurement result was more accurate.
