苜蓿皂甙不仅具有调节脂质代谢、降低血液胆固醇含量、增强机体免疫和抗氧化的功能,还可提高畜禽的生产性能,说明苜蓿皂甙可以被广泛地应用于动物生产。综述了苜蓿皂甙在动物生产中的应用概况。

摘 要：
Alfalfa saponin could regulate the lipid metabolism,reduce the cholesterin content in the blood,strengthen the body immunity and antioxidation function and enhance the production performance of animal and poultry.It was shown that alfalfa saponin could be widely used in animal production.The application survey of alfalfa saponin in animal production was reviewed.
