西瓜细菌性果斑病的发生与病原菌鉴定

摘  要:
首次报道了西瓜细菌性果斑病在吉林省的发生。从不同来源病株上的不同发病部位分离出有致病性的2个菌株(W1和W2),通过对其形态学、培养性状、生理生化性状和寄主范围的测定,并根据其在西瓜上引起病害的症状特点,将其确定为燕麦食酸菌西瓜亚种(Acidovoraxavenaesubsp citrulliWillemsetal )。

摘  要:
In this paper, the occurrence of watermelon bacterial fruit blotch was first reported in Jilin province.Two pathogenative strains were isolated from different parts of the infected plant in different sources. Based on the determination of their morphology, cultural characteristics, physiological & biochemical characteristics and ecology, and on the comparison of these characteristics with the concerned parts in 《Bergey′s Manual of Determinative Bacteriology》 9th ed, the pathogens identified are Acidovorax avenae subsp.citrulli Willems et al.1992.
